1
I don't have a ticket - can I just turn up?
Whilst we advise getting tickets in advance, as long as we are not at our maximum capacity we will still allow people to purchase tickets on the gate. If we do reach a maximum capacity it will be a one in one out policy.
2
What are the event timings?
We open at midday and our afternoon sessions finishes at 4pm. We then open again from 5pm for our evening session through to 9:30pm
3
Is this a family event?
If you are thinking of bringing children we would advise coming along to the afternoon session. Whilst we don't have any children's entertainment their will be music, food and soft drinks available. Children are free to enter but must be accompanied by an adult, we also ask that children stay away from the bar area.

What things will be happening at the Gin Festival?
At the festival you will have the opportunity to try 11 different gins from 5 different distilleries, all of whom are local to us in North London. We are also lucky enough to have 3 of the distilleries with us on the day, who will be more than happy to talk to you about their products.
There will be hot food provided by The Back Street Diner & Live music from two different bands, which I'm sure you'll want to listen to and maybe even dance to.
5
Will you serve anything else other than Gin?
What, you mean to say you don't like G&T? It's fine we will also be serving CleanCo Clean G, Pimm's and some soft drinks on the day.
However please don't bring any drinks into the event with you (except water).
6
What food will you have?
Our food partner is The Back Street Diner and they will be serving hot food throughout the day and this will include vegetarian and vegan options too.
You will also be able to purchase nuts & crisps from the bar.
7
What music will you be playing?
We have two great bands lined up for you, in our afternoon session we will have Soulfool playing from around 2pm and in the evening session Hot Swing Boheme from around 6:30pm. Outside of these times there will also be music played onsite too.
8
Will there be anywhere to sit?
We have a load of hay bales for you to sit on, but if that doesn't take your fancy and you want to bring a seat or a blanket your more than welcome.
9
Will it be dark when the festival ends?
It will be dark as the festival ends, but don't worry we have arranged some lighting on the field so you can see you way around.
10
Is the site accessible?
Our main gate does have a couple of steps down into the venue, however we also have an alternative entrance / exit if you are in a wheelchair or mobility scooter.
11
Will you accept cash and card?
We are encouraging everyone to use card at our event, this includes the bar, food stall and distilleries.
If you only have cash then its likely you'll be able to use this in lieu of any change (don't forget it is all for charity).
12
How will I purchase drinks at the bar(s)?
For purchasing a Gin & Tonic, Pimms or CleanCo Clean G, you will need to present a gin token at the bar. Don't forget you get one free with your entry and you can purchase more of these from the token stand on the day (they are non-refundable).
For soft drinks, food & distillery purchases these will all be made via the stall holders with card payment preferred.

Which Charities will benefit from the event?
Hornsey Round Table have a long tradition of supporting a number of charities and local projects. All our members are volunteers at this event, which means all the profits we make will be going to,
Hornsey Food Bank & the Campaign Against Living Miserably.
Following the event we will announce the amount raised. So remember that when you purchase your entry ticket, snacks and gin tokens, every little helps!
